The PRCEN External Evaluation is provided by Dr. John J. Ramirez-Leiton and Ms. Edjean M. Calderón Cruz, partners of the Cooperative for Evaluation and Research Services (CoopSEI). As a nonprofit organization established in 2015, we provide a multidisciplinary approach to evaluation and research by integrating qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods design, and data analysis to assess outcomes that facilitates the decision-making process. CoopSEI working partners have served as external evaluators for multiple projects funded by the Federal Department of Education, NIH, NOAA, USDA and NSF.
